We have been extremely pleased with the service that we received. Sue and Donatas drew up the plans for our two-storey extension based on our brief and even suggested alternative designs which we had not even considered. They allowed us to make multiple alterations as we kept changing our minds, and the end result is a space that we could only have dreamed of. Sue always went above and beyond and was brilliant at helping in the early stages of the project with builders quotes etc. She was always on hand to help should we need it and using her vast wealth of experience in the building trade. What a fab company - responsive, innovative and flexible! Sue is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful, Donatas is polite, approachable and does fantastic drawings. I asked them to produce plans for a single storey extension - they worked with me to make sure the final drawings were a reflection of what I wanted - not easy, since not only am I demanding, I tend to sprout ideas at a moment's notice. Various practical iterations of these ideas were produced very rapidly, and once the final version was agreed, Sue submitted the drawings to Planning. How lovely - a one-stop shop, and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

We asked Sue and Donatas (then of Millhouses) to draw us plans for a loft conversion (3 bed semi detached house) and submit these to the council for buildings regulations approval. They came to the property to measure and then drew up the plans. The initial email of plans included various options for us to consider (including en suite / not ensuite / dormer window / not dormer window / different stair case locations). After we consider the plans we asked them to make some alterations to get the design to be perfect for us - which they happily did in only a couple of days. We were really pleased with the quality of service and the price for our plans.
