We are a small company consisting of the two directors, supported by an independent planning expert. The people you speak to on the phone or exchange emails with are the same people – Sue Humphrey and Donatas Pilka - you will meet for the initial consultation and survey visit, who also prepare the architectural design drawings, give the presentation of creative ideas, revise the drawings until you’re completely happy and then deal with the Planning and Building Control applications. We don’t have juniors or trainees, we do it all ourselves.

OUR ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS:

Take a look at some of our recent projects, including a thoughtfully designed house extension, a bespoke self-build house and a commercial property scheme. Each project reflects our approach to creating practical, well-considered spaces with lasting visual appeal.

House Extension

In this extensive project, we renovated and extended the existing property within a generous plot. Our design relocates the kitchen and main living area to a single-story extension with a garden view. Additionally, we have significantly increased the accommodation on the first floor. Our design creates an impressive transformation into a contemporary home that has achieved planning permission and is well into construction phase.

Self Build House

Our Valley self-build house project has achieved planning permission. This sizeable multi-generational family home is located in a Sheffield suburb. The design of this double-storey house uses the site's complex terrain to focus on the stunning valley views at the rear of the property, with expansive glazing. An understated, minimal appearance from the public view is achieved by keeping the building at a single storey at street level, with the property then set back.

Commercial Property

The Metalworks Factory is one of our commercial property projects. We created a contemporary, innovative design to provide new canteen and meeting facilities adjacent to a conventional-looking corrugated-metalwork factory space. Our design split the roof, level providing welcoming shade to the outdoor seating area and protection from the elements. Internally, we designed flexible catering arrangements so that the canteen layout during the day can be easily converted and adjusted for group meetings involving all employees.
