This property is located in the Nether Edge Conservation Area and is an infill site in the garden of an existing property. Our client wanted something contemporary that would be welcomed by the local planning authority. We created a thoughtful design that is a full height glazed atrium with roof light bringing sunshine into the open plan kitchen on the ground floor. There is ground floor access into the kitchen, where you can go up to the bedroom and down to the snug and study, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms included.
