Broomgrove

This property is a semidetached Victorian villa near Ecclesall Road, located in a conservation area. The project included an interior alteration, as the building was previously owned by Sheffield University and was used as a teaching space. Our design sympathetically restored the property as a desirable family home with a rear extension. A wall was removed to create an open plan dinning and kitchen room, leading to the courtyard. We were able to create a utility room and separate downstairs cloakroom with a toilet.
