Leaton

This property was a conventional early 20th century three bedroom semidetached house. The existing building was created in a way that was awkward to access the garden, being fairly disjointed. Our design extended the side of the property and we created a split level, this is so that the kitchen and dining room were level with the garden allowing pleasant access now at ground level out through the dining room. As you enter the split level lowered kitchen and dining room space you stand on the landing so you can see straight out to the height of the patio doors. The split level and lower floor level of the kitchen dining room gives a particularly spacious feel to that room, as it has an extra high floor to ceiling depth. This unusually high ceiling room benefit from bespoke sliding doors.
