Whirlowdale

This project demonstrates a significant enlargement of the available accommodation and living space through several types of extensions designed to follow the established architectural character of the street and blend the frontal view with the surrounding buildings. In contrast, the rear part of the extension offers a more contemporary style, reflecting the needs and expectations of the modern living space.

The rear extension and the annexe are designed to be distinctive and contrasting, allowing us to break up the mass of the large new structure and define the main house’s unified architectural style.
